AQC for the Microbiological Analysis of Drinking Water - Sound Science or Black Art?

31 January 2012, London, United Kingdom

Introduction
Unlike in chemical analysis, when an AQC breach is automatically a failure, an AQC breach in microbiological analysis triggers an investigation. It is then left to the experience of the analyst to decide whether it is a justifiable non-conformance. This seminar will look at current best practice and ask whether further guidance is needed on the interpretation of 'probably out of control' vs 'definitely out of control'.
