Introduction

This interactive event brings together people from across all STEM disciplines to share their experiences, motivations, and aspirations. Designed to encourage reflection, inclusion, and storytelling, it features talks from Sophie Cloutterbuck (Director of London Engagement and the London Met Lab, London Metropolitan University) and Kate Bellingham (Engineer, TV presenter, and UCL doctoral researcher). The programme concludes with a networking breakfast and a collaborative collage activity, where participants add coloured notes that collectively spell STEM, turning individual perspectives into a unified statement.
